Rumblex Max 4D Vibration Plate - Blue combines oscillating, lateral and pulsating movements through a powerful triple-motor system (300W + 30W + 300W) to deliver dynamic full-body activation. Stand with knees and arms slightly bent and heels slightly lifted.
Use the remote control to select one of 16 preset 10-minute programmes (P01-P16) or build a custom manual workout (1-35 minutes) choosing from 7 training modes (H, L, U, HL, HU, LU, AL) and speed levels 1-99.
Start with short, low-intensity sessions and build up gradually.
