so far so good. ive used one tub of toothpaste and im enjoying it, and i do feel my mouth is benefitting from it. It can be hard to tell the benefits when other things are changing also like diet changes, but sometimes you just know if something is helping or not. and I think this is, so im going to continue using

Great for Lichen Planus
I struggle to find toothpastes I can use as I suffer from Lichen Planus. Figg is great as it doesn't irritate my mouth and cause flare ups, but still has enamel protecting ingredients.
