Had a high dosage prescibed by my kinesiologist some while back for a different joint issue and which really worked. Considered these for miniscus tear recovery and I've noticed a very noticeable improvement in my knee. Co-incidence? - maybe-but we know epa/dha is proven to aid joint support so I have to say it seems to be working for me
