Bacillus Subtilis, Bacillus Licheniformis, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Lactobacillus Casei, Lactobacillus Plantarum, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Lactococcus Lactis, Bifidobacterium Bifidum.
Suggested use
Adult intake:
Take 30 minutes before a meal with 250ml water.
Begin by taking one capsule daily and increase each week with one capsule until 2-3 capsules are being taken daily.
For ongoing maintenance: 2 – 3 capsules daily is suitable.
You can build up to 6 a day if required or as professionally directed.
Caution: Do not take capsules with hot beverages. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating mothers.
