Start every day feeling your best. LMNT Recharge Electrolytes - Citrus Salt is crafted to help you replenish essential minerals lost through movement, busy routines, or simply living life.

Why LMNT is Healf
LMNT was founded by Robb Wolf to meet a critical need for a clean, high-sodium, zero-sugar electrolyte drink. After years on a low-carb diet, Robb realised that his performance was lacking due to insufficient salt intake. Popular products were filled with sugar and low on electrolytes, so he created his own formulation. LMNT was born from this journey, offering an effective product that has since helped thousands optimise their health by addressing the often overlooked importance of proper electrolyte balance.
While these zero-sugar sachets are a cleaner choice than most regular electrolytes, their natural flavourings do contain maltodextrin. As part of our Community Testing, we used glucose monitors to determine whether LMNT doses can be considered ketogenic-friendly — and we’re happy to confirm they can. With their 'more salt, not less' approach, they are a top choice for fuelling your body with the minerals it needs to function best.
With our Healf Curation Process, we do the work for you. Shop with confidence knowing that every item has been tried, tested, and curated for you.
