This product was made for ages 4 and up. Shake well before use. Take directly by mouth or add to juice. Use the following chart to assess dosage.

o Pregnancy: 80 mg = 107 drops
o Lactation: 115 mg = 153 drops
19+ Years
o Male: 90 mg = 120 drops
o Female: 75 mg = 100 drops
o Pregnancy: 85 mg = 113 drops
o Lactation: 120 mg = 160 drops
1 pump typically fills the dropper about ½ of the way.
