Suggested use
Shake well before use. Once daily, take directly by mouth. Use the following dosage chart to assess dosage or dose as recommended by physician or healthcare professional:
- Infants (6-12 Months): Up to 4 Sprays (Vitamin D3: 10 mcg; Vitamin K2 MK7: 40 mcg)
- Children (1-13 Years): Up to 6 Sprays (Vitamin D3: 15 mcg; Vitamin K2 MK7: 60 mcg)

I really like this d3+k2 and felt better within myself in just a couple of weeks of taking it. Its tasteless and seems to absorb quickly. I spray 8x under the tongue and hold for 10 seconds before swallowing. I do recommend.
