Made from Okumidori and Saemidori cultivars.
First harvest leaves for refined flavour.
Naturally nutty, smooth and subtly sweet.
Yame First Harvest Matcha comes from the Yame region of Fukuoka, an area known for producing matcha with depth, balance and character. Grown in the mountain climate of Yame, the tea leaves develop a distinctive flavour that sets them apart from other growing regions.
This matcha is single-origin and crafted from two high-quality cultivars: Okumidori and Saemidori. Together, they create a smooth texture with nutty, earthy notes and a subtle sweetness that lingers on the palate.
Its deep green colour reflects the careful cultivation and first harvest selection. The flavour profile is naturally nutty, though it contains no nut allergens. Ideal for traditional preparation or for adding to drinks and recipes, this matcha delivers a clean, refined taste true to its origin.
