I responded really well to this brand's tyrosine - but - not the L-Tryptophan. Every body is different - and for me, it didn't do anything. I don't want to discourage others from trying it, but I wanted to leave an honest review. It wasn't for me and didn't affect my mood at all, whereas the tyrosine worked wonders.
