Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC^® 10 AAD (= 5 g) twice daily into a glass of water (approx. 125 mL) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for it to activate, stir again and then drink. After the initial period, continue taking 1 sachet once daily preferably for another 14 days. Ideally, OMNi-BiOTiC^® 10 AAD should not be taken together with an antibiotic, but at least 1 hour before or after. Children up to 3 years of age take half the dosage. OMNi-BiOTiC^® 10 AAD should preferably be taken on an empty stomach. For twice daily applications, taking before breakfast and before the evening meal is recommended. If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should prolong the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time the bacteria metabolise the entire fructooligosaccharides. Therefore no fructose gets into the intestine.
