It is recommended to take 1 OMNi-BiOTiC® TRAVEL stick (= 1.2 g) daily a few days before travelling. To do this, open the stick at the mark and allow the contents to dissolve directly on the tongue without water. Continue this procedure during the entire journey.
OMNi-BiOTiC® TRAVEL sticks contain small amounts of various dietary fibres that serve as specific food for the bacteria, e.g. fructooligosaccharides (FOS). One stick contains less than 0.05 g of fructooligosaccharides, which corresponds to the fructose content of approx. 1 g of apple.
