Good for times when too busy to make your own
I prefer to keep a stock of bones in the freezer and make my own broth weekly, but this is great for those busy times when you haven’t time to do your own, but don’t want to slack on having a healthy meal or pick me drink. I think the texture is nice and silky enough to drink, but I know some don’t like it, but it makes a great base for soups/stews etc. It doesn’t beat making it yourself for that extra feel good factor, but I wouldn’t be without a few jars in my cupboard (love that it sores at an ambient temperature)!
