Care & Use
Cooking
Not induction compatible.
Use low-to-medium heat for optimal results. The aluminium body heats quickly and evenly.
Never heat an empty pan. Use high-smoke-point oil (like olive, avocado, or grapeseed) with the nonstick coating.
Oven safe up to 230°C, perfect for finishing dishes in the oven or keeping food warm for serving.
Avoid aerosol sprays to protect the nonstick coating.
Use wooden or silicone utensils to protect the ceramic nonstick coating.
Use caution! Always use heat protection when handling the short and long handles and knobs.
These may become hot during stovetop use or in the oven.
Cleaning
Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe.
No harsh scrubbing or abrasives needed with the high-performance nonstick coating.
Let the cookware completely cool before cleaning, and make sure it is dry before cooking again.
Storage
Stack carefully with protective padding between pieces.
Store in a dry location to prevent moisture damage.
