The Oura Ring 5 Sizing Kit is the easiest and most accurate way to find the right fit before purchasing your Oura Ring 5. A properly fitting ring improves comfort, long-term wearability, and the accuracy of your health data, helping you get the best possible Oura experience.
NOT STANDARD SIZING - Oura Ring 5 sizes differ slightly from standard ring sizes and previous Oura Ring generations. Oura Ring 5 is available in sizes 6–13 with no half sizes.
COMFORT AND ACCURACY - A properly fitting Oura Ring 5 helps deliver the highest possible data accuracy, comfort, and overall experience.
CHOOSE A FINGER - Oura Ring 5 works on all fingers and can be worn on either hand. For optimal accuracy, Oura recommends wearing it on your index, middle, or ring finger.
HOW IT SHOULD FIT - Your Oura Ring 5 should fit securely and comfortably at the base of your finger without rotating easily during normal daily activities.
WEAR TEST - Fingers naturally expand and contract throughout the day. Oura recommends wearing the sizing ring for 24 hours to confirm your best fit.
MATERIALS - The sizing rings are made from plastic, while the final Oura Ring 5 is crafted from durable, scratch-resistant titanium for a more refined and comfortable feel.
