- Brush twice daily for 2 minutes using the PÄRLA BRUSH (or an electric brush). Make sure you clean every surface of every tooth – that’s the inside, the outside and the chewing side!

- Use a pea-sized amount.

- Wait at least 30 minutes after eating before brushing.
