You can enjoy Daily Immune Liposomal Vitamin C with or without food, and at any time of the day! This will not affect the absorption or efficacy. It’s made with sodium ascorbate, a form of Vitamin C that is gentler on the stomach and safe for those with sensitive tummies. Tear at notch and consume directly from packet.
