Purified Shilajit Resin, Gold Content

Dilute a serving of Pürblack Live Resin in a glass of beverage with Purscale. Do not boil or use overly hot water.

The average dose for an adult is 0.5 grams per day. If necessary, the dosage may be increased to 1 gram per day or more.

Take Pürblack Live Resin in the morning on an empty stomach for optimal absorption and benefits. Take once or twice per day.

For children the dose can be as low as 0.1 to 0.25 grams per day. Adjust the dose according to the body weight and health condition of your child.
