Mason's Mushrooms Proprietary Blend (Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris), Maitake (Grifola frondosa), Poria (Wolfiporia cocos), Shiitake (Lentinula edodes), Chaga (Inonotus obliquus), Agaricus (Agaricus subrufescens), Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus), Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum))

Start with 1⁄4 teaspoon of powdered mushroom extract, increasing to 1⁄2 teaspoon or more if desired.

Stir into hot water. Add honey or maple syrup & milk of choice for a delicious infusion. Alternatively, simply add it to tea, coffee, hot chocolate, or a smoothie.
