The Olive Library's Daily Ritual is a two-week course of high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil, sourced from Puglia in southern Italy and paired with fresh lemon for a brighter, cleaner finish.

Each box contains 14 individual 20ml bottles, one for each day. It's a simple, no-fuss format inspired by the Mediterranean habit of taking a small amount of quality olive oil daily. The pre-measured bottles make it easy to stay consistent without thinking about it. Just open, drink, and get on with your day.

High-polyphenol olive oil is distinguished by its concentration of naturally occurring plant compounds found in the olive fruit.
