The Pilates Method Light - Blush is a space-saving Pilates resistance system designed to bring Reformer-style training into the home or wherever you choose to move. Its medium resistance level provides balanced resistance for full-body workouts, supporting strength, stability and controlled movement across a wide range of low-impact exercises.

The system anchors securely to doors or sturdy fixed furniture and can be adjusted for low, middle or high-angle movements. 50% Nylon, 30% Polyester, 20% Rubber, premium metal anchor hardware, neoprene comfort wraps.

Suggested use

Ideal for at-home Reformer-style Pilates, core lengthening, full-body resistance training, stability work, physical rehabilitation, stretching, can be anchored to doors or sturdy fixed furniture, adjustable for low, middle, or high angle movements.

To clean, gently hand-wash neoprene wraps with water and soap, rinse, and let air dry. Do not machine wash or dry.
