Founded by Beryl Stafford in 2003, Bobo’s began when she and her daughter, nicknamed "Bobo", baked their first oat bars at home in Boulder, Colorado. From that original family recipe grew a brand dedicated to baking simple, wholesome snacks using 100% whole grain oats and responsibly sourced ingredients.
