Have been using Heights Magnesium
Have been using Heights Magnesium + for a month and a half and have noticed an improvement in my sleep quality in that my smart watch is showing a small increase in the length of my deep and rem sleep cycles which of course are the restorative and repair cycles of sleep. I am also taking the Heights Vitals+ vitamins for the same amount of time. While it is early days taking these products (Heights say it takes 3 months of consistant use to feel maximum benefit) I have already felt an improvement in my overall well being and feel more alert and alive!
