Highly recommended. Easy to use, very effective portable sauna. Relaxes me before bed and helps muscle recovery after a workout. Highly recommend using with the towel insert as it makes the whole cleaning process and experience more pleasant as your skin comes into contact with fabric. The insert can just be placed in the washer for the next session. The carry bag fits all the components and sauna blanket efficiently and as it’s a back pack, makes it easy to take the sauna on the go. I was really skeptical about this product at first but as I have limited space and didn’t want to travel to get to a sauna, invested in this one, and don’t regret it. It’s helped me eliminate water retention, helps sleep better at night when I use it before bed and has helped with detoxing my body, as it does make me sweat a really good amount. So happy I can get access to my own compact sauna.
