Didn’t work for me
I like Kiki products but This Spermidine didn’t work for me so I went back to the Renue product. The tablets were not too big so easy to swallow.

Hmmm - mixed emotions
So I used this for preconception but had to stop immediately because I’m still breastfeeding and my baby got a rash 😱 so I used it for skin care instead and it’s quite nice. A bit itchy but the results are great. Wheatgerm is a fab anti-ager. According to people I look like I’m 12 years old lol…not sure if I’ll purchase again as I can just get wheat germ oil
