Peppermint Oil (Mentha piperita), Fennel Oil (Foeniculum vulgare), Ginger Oil (Zingiber officinale), Softgel Capsule (Bovine Gelatin (BSE-Free), Glycerin, Enteric Coating (Pharmaceutical Glaze, Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Ammonium Bicarbonate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Sunflower Oil, Silicon Dioxide), Water, Carob), Organic Olive Oil

Take 1-2 softgels 1 to 3 times daily, 30 minutes before meals.

Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
