Glycerin, Calcium Carbonate, Aqua, Hydrated Silica, Kaolin, Perlite, Sodium Monofluorophosphate, Xylitol, Cellulose Gum, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Lactobacillus Ferment, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Stevioside, Menthol, Mentha Viridis Leaf Oil, Sodium Chloride, Tocopheryl Acetate, Acacia Senegal Gum, Mentha Piperita Oil, Limonene.

- Brush twice daily for 2 minutes using the PÄRLA BRUSH (or an electric brush). Make sure you clean every surface of every tooth – that’s the inside, the outside and the chewing side!

- Use a pea-sized amount.

- Wait at least 30 minutes after eating before brushing.
