Daily Hydration - Citrus is formulated to support everyday hydration with a balanced blend of electrolytes and essential vitamins. Each serving provides sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and chloride, sourced from Pink Himalayan Salt, coconut water, and sea minerals to help replenish electrolytes lost throughout the day.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, while potassium supports normal muscle function. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, supporting daily energy needs. Himalayan Pink Salt (Sodium Chloride), Aquamin® Soluble (Calcium Citrate Malate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Aquamin® Mg Soluble (Magnesium Citrate), Potassium Citrate, Coconut Water Powder, Natural Lemon and Lime Flavouring, Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides from Stevia), Vitamin C (Sodium Ascorbate), Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol).
Mix one sachet with 500ml of cold water, shake or stir well until dissolved, and enjoy. Enjoy it first thing in the morning, during the workday or around exercise. Consistent daily use is recommended.
