This product I purchased to relieve the discomfort of an injury to my shoulder. The shoulder is frozen and exercise can flare up the joint giving an unpleasant pain down my upper arm and bicep. I take this product alongside glucosamine and chondroitin. These two together are enough to manage discomfort all day and during my exercise session. It lets me benchpress in comfort again.
Krill seems to be the elite version of omegas so am pleased to find this brand. Also smells non fishy - actually pleasant odour inside the bottle!

Can’t comment on the therapeutic effects but they’re an easy take. Vanilla flavour masks any ‘fishy’ taste.
