Vital DHA is a high-quality omega-3 supplement formulated for use during preconception, pregnancy, and the postnatal period. Each daily serving provides 450 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and 96 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) from purified fish oil, alongside 3 mg of zinc.

DHA contributes to normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. Maternal intake of DHA also contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the foetus and breastfed infants. EPA and DHA together support normal heart function, while zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.

Suitable for daily use by men and women during preconception, and by women during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Take 2 capsules per day with a cold drink, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Capsules can be taken together or split throughout the day.

It is recommended to begin Vital DHA at least three months before trying to conceive. Continue daily throughout pregnancy and during breastfeeding for ongoing support.
