For Yaniv Simpson, it was this: What if chocolate could taste just as incredible—better even—but also serve as something that's actually good for me? Born in Brighton, England with a lifelong love of chocolate, Yaniv set out to reinvent it from the ground up. The result was The Conscious Bar, bean-to-bar chocolate made with organic cacao and organic dates, rich in flavour, free from refined sugar, and made with ingredients you can actually feel good about.
What started as a personal mission has grown into a brand dedicated to proving that indulgence and thoughtfully chosen ingredients can go hand in hand. From its home in the US, the brand continues to rethink what everyday chocolate can be.
