1. Tear off sleep strip from pack at perforation. 2. Separate liner from lip strip at divider. Apply to clean, dry, closed lips starting on one side and gently press across lips. 3. Gently breathe through your nose. The breathing vent brings comfort if you need to breathe through your mouth.

Love this mouth tape. It is my new staple. Really easy to apply and once it’s on it’s on. Although it’s easy enough to temporarily peel to one side if you forget to put in your retainers, or need to take a sip of water.
