Suggested use
Take 1 tablet per day with food. Do not take on an empty stomach if products containing B vitamins make you feel nauseous.

I am unhappy after i received my multivitamin without the ginseng plus . I decided to return . I asked for my money back I was told sorry we have sent you a replacement instead.
