Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair (= 3 g) 1-2 times daily into a glass of water (approx. 125 mL) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for it to activate, stir again and then drink. OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair should preferably be taken on an empty stomach. If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair twice daily, it should be taken before breakfast and before the evening meal. If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should prolong the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time the bacteria metabolise the entire fructooligosaccharides. Therefore no fructose gets into the intestine.
