Vitamin B-Complex with Vitamin C delivers a full spectrum of B vitamins together with 500 mg of vitamin C per two-tablet serving. It contains thiamine (B1), which contributes to the normal function of the heart, and riboflavin (B2), which contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Niacin (B3) and biotin (B7) contribute to the maintenance of normal skin, while biotin (B7) also contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.

The formula provides vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, which contribute to normal red blood cell formation, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and normal functioning of the nervous system. Folic acid contributes to normal psychological function and blood formation.
