Water, extract of germinated barley (gluten free), fermented with culturest of: L. rhamnosus NCIMB 30174, E. faecium NCIMB 30176, L. plantarum NCIMB 30173, L. acidophilus NCIMB 301/5; acidity regulators: ascorbic acid, trisodium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; natural flavourings. Relative proportions will vary.

Shake bottle gently before use. Take 70ml of Symprove every morning

10 minutes before you eat or drink.

Fermented to a level of at least 10 billion CFUs per 70ml and proven to deliver metabolically active bacteria at least until the expiration date.
