Re-Lyte is an effective, refreshing hydration mix you can feel good about drinking daily. Designed to support any and every lifestyle, this sugar-free blend of Redmond Real Salt and essential electrolytes contains everything you need to hydrate better, so you feel better. It contains 810 mg of sodium, 400 mg of potassium, 1280 mg of chloride, 60 mg of calcium, 50 mg of magnesium and 80 mg of coconut water powder.
Ancient sea salt is a healthy, natural source of electrolytes, with sodium and chloride.
Calcium carbonate makes Re-Lyte easier to mix and calorie-free. Because it’s combined with citric acid, taking calcium carbonate in Re-Lyte isn’t the same as taking it by itself.

What is your shipping policy?
We use Royal Mail and DPD depending on who fits our criteria best for your order.

How do I return my product?
We offer free 365 day UK returns to all of our customers! Simply contact us via team@healf.com and we will send you a return slip and arrange a collection if helpful.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally! We put all international orders in tracked shipping to make sure it arrives safely and expect this to take 5-10 working days depending on the country, however occasionally international orders can get held up either in customs or due to courier delays (especially since Brexit) and so we ask that you wait up to a maximum of 4 weeks for your order to arrive. All relevant customs or import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
How will I know once my order has been dispatched?
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way. We may ship items separately in the event of one or more of the items being delayed, but you will always receive an email from one of our Customer Wellbeing team beforehand if this is the case.
