Redmond’s Re-Lyte Pre-Workout - Peach Mango is juicy, sweet, and a little bit tangy, this drink mix will energise your body to crush that workout and speed your recovery for the next one. Re-Lyte Pre-Workout doesn’t contain any of the junk ingredients or fillers you’ll find in other pre-workout mixes, like sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavours, and anti-caking agents, and thickening agents. With using Re-Lyte Electrolyte Mix as its base, Pre-Workout contains a dose of electrolytes optimised by health and fitness experts, including more sodium than most mixes to replenish what’s lost through sweat. Pre-Workout contains 150 mg of caffeine from green tea extract, which is just enough to give you energy without making you jittery or causing you to crash hard later. It also contains two herbs that support healthy energy and endurance (ginseng and maca root) that you won’t find in most pre-workout mixes. Taurine: Contains the amino acid sulfonic acid, which may help improve muscle endurance. It’s also known to promote electrolyte balance.

Ginseng Root: A popular herb in traditional Chinese medicine, it’s best known for its ability to provide a balanced energy boost and keep inflammation in check.

Maca Root: Native to Peru, it’s sometimes called Peruvian ginseng because it supports energy just as effectively as ginseng. Maca’s also been shown to improve exercise endurance.
