Mother Made has created this PM Blend of mushrooms to help yourself restore and relax from your day. The powder has been dual extracted from the fruiting body, containing a balanced blend of 33% Shiitake, 33% Reishi, and 33% Turkey Tail with zero fillers or additives for each serving.
The shiitake mushroom is naturally rich in polysaccharides, which are important compounds that contains highly anti-inflammatory properties and protects against cell damage, boosts your immune system and white blood cell production to fight off damaging microbes. The mushroom also contains a significant dose of copper which further supports a robust immune system, and selenium which is a trace mineral with a vital role in metabolism and antioxidant defence.
Reishi is another trail blazer that also offers support to your immune system as well as reducing inflammation, promote relaxation, and improves sleep quality while supporting a regulated stress and anxiety response. Reishi has been frequently researched and studies show that the adaptogenic mushroom can reduce fatigue due to the immune boosting properties that fights off free radical damage.
Turkey Tail is packed with antioxidants and known to support gut health, and help reduce inflammation due to the bioactive compounds within.
