Rheal Superfood's Energy Bars are packed with whole foods and serves as a convenient and nutritious snack for anyone needing a little boost during your day. Due to the content of the Brazilian guarana, each bar is naturally caffeinated with the same amount of caffein, 68mg, as an espresso.
Guarana is a naturally energising berry that has been used for centuries in Brazil. Similarly to coffee and green tea leaves it contains a natural source of caffeine, about four times the amount of caffeine found in coffee beans, making it an ideal snack for both before or after a workout, or simply when you need a nutritious pick-me-up.
This multipack contains 3x 40g bars out of each flavour; Banana Bread, Blueberry Muffin, Hazelnut Cacao, and Peanut Butter. They are all free of sweeteners, completely gluten-free and rich in plant fibre to ensure a steady energy release.
Why It's Healf?
Rheal Superfood's was founded by Charlotte and Sean back in 2016 while still studying in university. Charlotte had experienced issues with maintaining energy and digestion after being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, and after incorporating various superfoods into her diet she noticed huge benefits after a few weeks. The benefits were too big to ignore which is why herself and Sean decided to create their own range of products to support more people on their journey to living a healthier and happier life.
